By creating a claim-centric dashboard, users are able to easily handle all warranty claims in one place by easily organizing, filtering, and breaking down all Warranty information in which they can quickly begin starting and submitting claims.
Portfolio Deals Case Study / BERKADIA
From the moment I joined Berkadia, Portfolio Deals emerged as one of the most highly requested features for RedIQ. A Portfolio Deal enables users to bundle multiple properties, allowing for comprehensive analysis of their collective performance within a single platform. I was assigned the responsibility of leveraging our new design system to create and design both the Portfolio Deal creation process and its overview interface.
Map view case study / BERKADIA
In response to our ongoing RedIQ Modernization Efforts, I had gathered feedback from both internal and external users through various feedback loops and user interviews. A recurring theme in these discussions was the importance of incorporating maps into the underwriting, presentation, and management process for their properties. Users consistently emphasized the need for easy access to geographically view maps of their properties locations, a feature that was notably absent. Recognizing this gap, I discussed with stakeholders the need for maps on our All Deals page and initiated the creation of RedIQ's All Deals Map View.
